Chanel joined Carter & Spencer in 1994 after completing her degree in International Business and has held a variety of positions with Carter & Spencer, moving gradually from junior to senior account management roles.

Chanel has primarily been involved in the import and export of fresh produce and most notably spent a number of years as Carter & Spencer’s Imports Manager servicing Coles Supermarkets. 

Chanel is a Director of PMA Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd and a Director of the PMA Foundation for Industry Talent and also serves as Chairperson for the Foundation for Industry Talent taskforce in Australia.  Outside the fresh produce industry Chanel is engaged as adjunct faculty for the Australian School of Business where she teaches marketing to students in the MBA program.
