Fred joned Carter & Spencer in 2010 having first started his career in the produce industry in 1976 as a trainee manager in retail. Fred brings a wealth of industry knowlege to his role as Assistant Business Manager to Carter & Spencer's Imports Division.

Fred has worked in Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, with some 15 years retail experience Fred moved onto wholesaling, buying, marketing, logistics, processing and grower co-ordination within the produce industry.

With over 35 years in the industry Fred has attained a number of Produce Management accreditations, from a Cornel University Diploma to Government systems certificates. Fred has also attained many personal accreditations including Dale Carnegie communication certificates and completed many Management courses conducted by local and overseas consultants.

With an already diverse knowledge base in the produce industry Fred now adds importing to his portfolio with Carter & Spencer.
