Carter & Spencer Group

COMMUNITY

Our success is founded on our long standing relationships with our suppliers, our clients and our staff. At Carter & Spencer our relationships also extend further than that, and include our responsibilities to the broader community.

We’re conscious of the importance of the “triple bottom line”, which also takes into account environmental and social performance when measuring success.

At Carter & Spencer our day-to-day practices reflect our social, economic and environmental values.

Like other responsible businesses Carter & Spencer participates in a range of sponsorship and charity programs which reflect our belief in healthy lifestyles, community well-being and fairness.

We recognise that without commercial involvement, many sporting, charitable and voluntary schemes would be unable to survive.

Support is also provided to organisations and events relevant to our business.

We accept that we have a community responsibility to assist those in need, within the limitations of a commercial organisation.

Our staff also like to get involved and lend a hand raising much needed funds for various charitable organisations across Queensland. Most recently our staff have raised money for; the Abused Child's Trust, Queensland Cancer Fund and the Leukaemia Foundation.
