3-4 mandarins OR 2 cups/half fresh pineapple
1 -2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled
1 - 2 inches of fresh turmeric, peeled
1/2 lime, peeled
1. Cut your produce to an appropriate size to fit your juicer.
2. Remove skin from ingredients unless your juicer has a filter to remove skin.
3. Juice all of the ingredients in a high powered juicer. Pour over ice for a refreshing and energy boosting juice.
