Our plums are sourced from Australia (QLD, NSW, VIC) and California. There are a huge variety of plums, with varying flesh and skin colours. Plums can range in flavour from extremely sweet to slightly tart to very tart.

 

Plums are smooth skinned and very juicy. They have a naturally occurring thin film called 'bloom' which helps protect them from the elements.
